Global Bulk Order Training

Hey guys, welcome to this tutorial video to show you exactly how to use the global bulk order system to order branded products to any of your stores.

This is a feature request that came in, we obviously listen to our users. And we created this bulk order system, because it was inconvenient for you to have to place multiple orders for products that are held in different stores. So we created the global bulk order system to allow you to do that all in one place.

So just a quick recap for you, before I show you that of how you would standardly order in bulk. 

You would go into store management. And you could choose any one of your stores, and then go to bulk order, and you will be able to order just the products that are in that store.

Obviously, some of you found that inconvenient, which is why we created the global bulk order system, which is now here in the main menu on the left hand side.

So if we just go there…

You have the ability here to create customised packing lists for this particular global bulk order. So you can choose how the packing list is displayed. If you're not worried about that, if you're for example, sending it to yourself, for you to distribute on, then you might not worry about what's going to be on the packing list. However, if you're going to have it sent direct to a client, this is something you probably want to look at. So you can edit that and make it however you want.

And then you can enter the brand name, we could call this Jon's Big Supplement brand brand slogan, no supplements that you could choose to enter telephone number or not choose to have a fax number or not the email address that you want to be contacted by so let's just let's just say jon@tinybrander.com, the website URL this is useful to have in there so choose that one, any message you want, in there some point Many thanks for your order.

And any address that you want to display in there. So you can just hit save, oh, I have to have that website URL and so I would just put tinybrander.com Oops tinybrander.com and then we hit Save Okay, now that we have that customised packing list in there, now.  Let me add the shipping address of where you want this bulk order to be shipped to. So make sure you have all the details in there correct because this will be where we ship it to.

And finally, we go down to the bottom section here for the products. As you can see, there are no products at the bottom right now.

But what we need to do is select the stores that we wish to to choose from. So let's say for example, I could choose let's say this keto test store and then I could also choose from lets do this male store here.

Then if we hit the filter button like that, it's gonna give me all the products from the CBD store as you can see them all there and all the products from that testosterone store and it gives you the store name here so you know that you're ordering from the right store.

Choose what you want to order and then just hit the calculate shipping costs…

and then hit order now and and that will deduct it from your default wallet.
