How to Place Bulk Orders

Hey there, in today's video tutorial, we're going to be talking about how you place Bulk Orders. Now before we get into the nitty gritty of how you actually place a Bulk Order, first we should discuss what a Bulk Order is in relation to a regular order, and why you would want to place a Bulk Order.

So first of all, the difference between a Bulk Order and a Regular Order.

Now a Regular Order is going to come into our system through your Web Interface, one of your customers is going to go into your website and purchase the Product through the Web Funnel. And that comes through as an order on our back end for fulfilment. And we label it and we dispatch it for you. That is what we classed as a Standard Order.

Now a Bulk Order is if you want to order products to come direct to yourself. So this is if for example, you want to have some professional photography done of the actual products, you could order a few... a few of the products and get them shipped directly to you. Or if you had, for example, a local store that you wanted to put the products into to sell through the store, you might want to get them shipped to you. And then you take them to the store for for them to sell them. And you do the deal that way. Either way, the differences, it doesn't use the Web Interface, your Website for the order to come to us, the bulk orders are done through your Dashboard.

So let me show you that in the Dashboard right now.

So the way you place a Bulk Order is actually down in your Store Management. So you want to go to that.

And then you pick the Store Brand that you want to place the Bulk Order on because obviously each of those stores is going to have a different Brand Label. And we need to know as the people that are going to be putting the labels on the product, which label you want to order.

So for example, in this one, we're going to choose this CBD brand I have down here. So you want to come across right to the right hand side here to the little house icon and it will pop up and say Bulk Order.

So just click into that. And that will bring... open your Bulk Order screen for that particular brand.

And as you can see, it was a CBD Brand. So it's got the four CBD items down there that we have in the range. And it allows you to select the multiples that you would like to order for that particular item. And you can see the cost prices here. And the total price you'd be paying is over here. And you can select any configuration that you want for these you could do the creams and the patches, you can do all four or just one, whatever you need really can be achieved through this screen.

Now if you need to get the product shipped somewhere else, you can just click up here to edit the shipping address. And as you can see, you can change, you can change where you want that to go anywhere in the world, we can get that done for you. And just change that and you just hit edit and it will all update for the shipping address.

And once you've done selecting your order, for example, here we've got 12 bottles of CBD oil and I dont know lets throw in four bottles of capsules, three packets of the CBD patches and five jars of the cream. So it's a total bulk order of $141.30. And then you just hit Calculate Shipping Costs.

And it gives you the Shipping Costs, the Total Order Value and the amount you'll pay.

Now when you hit Order Now, that's automatically going to deduct that amount from your Wallet and generate an order in our system to dispatch it for you. So there isn't a credit card entry required it automatically deducts it from your Wallet that you have on file with us just in the same way it would do if a customer of yours came in through your website and ordered.
