Connecting Authorize.Net Merchant Account
Hey there, this tutorial is going to show you exactly how to link an Authorize.Net merchant account into your Tiny Brander system so that you can take credit cards under the Authorize.Net merchant account. So let's jump onto the big screen, and I'll show you just how to do that.
So here we are in the Tiny Brander account, you want to go down to Settings right down here on the left, and make sure you're in Payment Settings up here in the centre.
So as you can see, we have various different payment processors, PayPal, Razorpay, Stripe, Klarna, Square, Authorize.Net and Braintree. Today, we're going to be looking at Authorize.Net If you need tutorials on any of the others just search in the Resources section, and you'll find a video for each one of those individually.
But today, it's all about Authorize.Net. So just click there.
And as you can see, we need some information. Two pieces of these information are from you're gonna get from your Authorize.Net login. The first the first box here account name is just a display name something for you to recognise this account by so this is going to be John's Test Authorize Account. So that's how I recognise it.
Now to get our details out of Authorize.Net, we need to open up another tab in Chrome, and just go and have a look for it. So let's just jump over to there now.
This is my Authorize.Net testing account. So this is should be how it looks for you as well with that with a live account.
So what they'll need to do is go to your Settings section here and so you'll have this screen.
And you want to go down to here where it says API Credentials & Keys.
And here we have an API login ID. So you want to copy that information first. I've got it hidden here for security reasons, but it's but it's just on this line here where it says API login ID, we're going to copy that.
And then jump back into Tiny Brander and paste it into here.
And then we go back into Authorize.Net. Now in Authorize.Net, they actually hide the keys. So what we need to do is obtain a new transaction key because the one that I created before has been hidden now. I'm gonna need to disable the old one immediately.
So we're going to click that, you may be able to do this without disabling a previous key if it's a first key you've ever done. But as I've already created a key I need to disable the old key and create a new one. So I'm going to Submit that.
And it's going to ask you to Request a PIN for security purposes. So I'm going to do that now. And I'll be right back when that has been authorised.
Okay, so that's been verified now.
And if I just click continue here, it gives me the new Transaction Key up here.
And so we just need to copy that to clipboard.
And then go back to Tiny Brander and enter that key there.

And then we have all the information we need. And we just click Add.
And as you can see, that was successfully added.
Now if you need to add that merchant account to any one of your stores, you can just go into store management.

And go into the settings.
And go into the payment gateways.
And then just go to the drop down.
Click the Authorize.Net and the account that you have just created and then Continue.
And now it is set to process using that merchant account.
So I hope that's helped with the integration of an Authorize.Net merchant account. If you have any questions or concerns reach out to support@tinybrander.com. Thanks a lot.
