Wallet Explained

Hey there, today we're going to be talking about the Tiny Brander wallet, what it is, why you need it, how to set one up, and how to charge it and what happens when you charge it. So let's jump right into that.

So what is the Tiny Brander wallet? Putting it very simply, it's how you pay for the products that your customers are going to buy. So it's how you pay Tiny Brander for the product itself, the labelling, the dispatch, the shipping, all of those kinds of things. Your wallet is contained within the Tiny Brander system. And every time an order goes out the door to one of your customers, it gets deducted from your Tiny Brander wallet a little bit like a kind of bank account.

So let me show you where it is, how to set it up, how to recharge it when it gets low, and all of that kind of stuff. So let's jump over onto the big screen.

So you can find your wallet right down here in the Settings section.  And go across here to Wallet settings, you can see I have my own wallet there. That's my default wallet.

But let me show you setting up a new one. So we just click Add New Wallet. And all we have to do is very simply:

New Jons Wallet, and we just Add and then that will add in a new wallet right there.

So now let's talk about how we recharge your wallet. In other words, add funds to it so that we can dispatch your products. So if we go over here to the right hand side of the screen, you can see there's a little wallet icon it says recharge Wallet.

So if you click that, that's going to bring up a payment screen where you can just add funds into that wallet at any time.

Few things you should know about adding sums into the wallet, we actually give you bonuses for adding more into the wallet to incentivize you to you know to really market your your brand's well, and to sell more products. So we give you some incentives on the $100 level of recharge, you just receive $100 into your Wallet account.

However when you go up the levels, we actually give you bonus dollars. So when you charge up with $250, we give you a 2% bonus dollar amount so you actually get $255 instead of $250. So we give you an extra $5 worth of credit.

When that jumps up to $500, that's a 5% bonus so you actually end up with $525, a $25 bonus.

And when the $1,000 recharge we give you a 7% bonus rate so thats a $70 credit into your account. 

We like to help you as much as possible to build your neutra typical brand and that's one of the ways we do it by giving you those those bonuses in your recharge section.

So all you do is you fill in your card number and the month, year, CVV and hit Add Wallet Amount, I'll just whack something in there now. And I'm gonna hit Add Wallet Amount.

And as you can see $100 has been added into the new wallet. You can also see your wallet transactions over here on the left hand side the wallet transactions.

And as you can see $100 has been added into your account there and what will happen is as orders go out the door it will show the deductions going out in this screen so you can see whenever a, you ever sell a product, the cost of that product and the shipping is going to be shown in this screen deducting from your account.
